It was just two of us but we were added to a family of six.
Don't know
Yes, Just let the waiter know before you order and you should be fine.
Food is real fresh and cooked in front of you... DeliciousBeen coming here for at least ten years, and still enjoy it. I can't think of anytime that the food wasn't prepared well.Great for kids
Never had a bad experience. Wait is never too long. Food is delicious and each chef has their own flare to the food.
The waiter keep our drinks full all the time. The cook was having fun and interacting with us and made my sons birthday memorable. Food had excellent flavor and steak was very tender
The service was good. However, the food lacked a lot. They used so much oil that it was pooling in my plate. The "yum-yum" sauce was surprisingly bland and almost tasted like regular mayo. Unlike, other hibachi restaurants, they don't give you noodles. Rather, they gave us bean sprouts.
It is New Years Eve the restaurant is very busy. The food is perfect as always. No matter went we have been there the food is always perfect. Parking is easy and free. The restaurant is handy cap accessible. But you should expect a wait to be seated. This is not fast food, set and enjoy eating really good food cooked right in front of you.
We were a little late getting our food, otherwise I would've given a 5 star. The food and service are awesome!
Love to go here to eat when visiting family. Awesome food!!!
Excellent food and service.
Chicken & salmon was great & the sauce was icing on the cake
Always a fun experience!
I went for my birthday. The chef put on a great show. You sit around the table with the others until all the seats are full.
Came in for my dad's birthday and it was a fun experience and wonderful food. I will definitely be back!
Miko is one of the best chefs here. Jay the manager is fantastic. We love bringing our family here. 5 stars.
Went for lunch, they weren't busy. Food was just OK. Service ok. Was okay but not really impressive, had better.
The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is delicious. Not too sure if there could be a better experience at a Japanese steakhouse with how wonderful the quality of everything is.
Went here for hibachi on 2/8/20; within four hours everyone in my party was violently ill. I filed a complaint with health department and they found poor refrigeration. The refrigeration unit is not up to par and yet the health department can’t do anything about that because they have to give them a chance to remediate it. Do not risk it!
This would be a 4-5 star review. Their sushi is really incredible. Other food is good too. Service is good. But today I went in and there were 5-6 people sitting in the waiting area not wearing masks. They were not eating. They were sitting there getting their germs all up in the waiting area. No one said anything. I almost did but refrained because I would have surely been arrested. It even says on the door: please wear a mask!!!!! Clearly they really do not care about cleanliness or a deadly pandemic. Disgusting. Will not return.
Very disappointed with our experience today. We ordered dinner around 6:45. I made it very clear that one of the dinners could not be made with/ or around shellfish due to an allergy. When we got home w our food, there was shrimp in all of the boxes! How dangerous!! And to top it off, the rest of the food was reheated & tasted bad. I called and spoke to the manager who asked me to bring everything back and to get a refund. When I got there, he said he would refund me “this time” Bc I had ordered the food at 5:30. My receipt clearly said 7:15 when my card was ran, but still insisted that I picked up hours ago. We were really looking forward to this meal, and instead were just so disappointed. We won’t be returning here.
We went to dinner for my daughters 19th birthday. We made reservations (a good idea because they are always busy) and we were seated right away.Dinner was great and they even brought out their gong and we all sang happy birthday...even the tables on either side of us!! Service and food were fantastic and we had leftovers for lunch the next day! A win win all around!
Tried the chicken livers and loved them.
Came here about 4 years ago and the guy who seated us was so rude! We swore we would never come back here again. Today my wife really wanted to come here and “try again.” The same guy seated us, wasn’t rude this time BUT he failed to tell us they weren’t serving sushi all week because the sushi guy is on vacation. We came here specifically for sushi, sat and waited 10 minutes for a server to come out and get a drink order THEN we are told no sushi! The ONLY reason I didn’t walk out is because it’s my wife’s birthday and this is what she wanted so we stayed. On a positive note, Stacey was our server and she was fantastic. I’ll go to Chopstix next time.
I have been to another Sakura. Im guessing they are independently owned. We went for sushi and lomein. I did not enjoy the sushi. In my opinion it was a step above store bought. This location doesn't serve lomein. Our waitress was very rushy and it wasn't busy at all. The other Sakura location has a much better sushi selection and it is exceptional.
We always have a great time here. The kids love it!
An amazing place to eat, and meet new people.
Not as good as Kobe, however not nearly as greasy.
11/10 experience. Our chef was super funny and experienced. He sang me happy birthday too. Loved it. The food was delicious as always.
One of my favorites hands down. No matter how crowded you get seated fast and get your stuff even faster. Great drinks and food. They listen and pay attention if you have any food allergies. All I will say is it seems someone needs to tend to their building better. Such as fixing things in the bathroom and making sure it has soap.
Food and experience has gone downhill! Tonight’s chef didn’t say 2 words to us! Usually they do silly stuff to interact with their customers? Tonight and the past few times, it has gone downhill. It also seems as if we receive less vegetables and sprouts??
The service was poor, our waitress asked us if we had decided probably 3 times in 5 minutes. Brought my girlfriend's sushi 15 minutes before my meal. The salad was brought out with a dirty bottom and when I asked for to be cleaned up since it covered the table in front of me I was handed a napkin to clean myself. The soy sauce bottles were sticky and had left obviously long standing sticky rings. Now on to the food. The usual but poorly executed. Soggy vegetables and my mushrooms were the same as the ones in the vegetables. Shrimp was chewy because it was heavily over cooked. Rice was ok. Overall I wouldn't go back. The food is not that interesting and they do not execute.
Hey look it's another strip mall hibachi steak house. It has a very nice atmosphere with with lots of dark wood and large Japanese style water paintings on the walls. The food is very fairly priced especially the lunch specials from 11:45 to 13:45. The food served and the quality is exactly what you would expect from any other well run hibachi. There are onion volcanos and shrimp tossing, though the chefs could use to up their enthusiasm a little bit. The sushi here is great and available at the bar or table upon request. For an exhilarating yet some how mildly unenthusiastic meal time show it is worth the trip and money.
The head sushi chef, Sam, makes some of the best sushi I have ever had. From the time we ordered, until we got the finely presented plate of sushi, we waited maybe 10 minutes. We sat at the bar and the bartender Olivia also took great care of us and was extremely attentive! Food was great!
Food is delicious and if you sit at the hibachi tables its quite a spectacle. Prices are good because you get multiple meals to eat. Definitely an interesting place to eat. Would highly recommend.
My favorite place ever, I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
Love!!!! Always outstanding food and service
Excellent food and service comes with this unique dining performance Your food is cooked in front of you by very talented chef whose goal is to tantalize
Food was amazing and the Cook was awesome I would definitely go again 10/10
Amazing food! Staff are awesome!
Salura is the best Japanese Restaurant in the area. Great place to take family and friends, although come with some money because it is a bit pricey. But it's definitely worth it.
Prepare for the most expensive diarrhea you've ever had the pleasure of taking.
Really bad service. Food was not good when compared to other Japanese Steak houses, even in the same chain. The cook was the only thing worth while.
Bartender didn't know how to make a club soda & vodka and the club soda was flat. The floors were dirty & sticky. The food has -0- taste & the lobster was stringy & hard to chew. AVOID AT ALL RISK!!!!
Very very good food. The best friend rice in USA
Food was delicious. Nice atmosphere
Don't ever deal with the owner he is nasty the worst customer service I have ever had never again never .!!!!
Always a fantastic hibachi experience! The food is amazing, and the experience just tops it off. Soup and salad are brought out, and then you select a combination of rice, vegetables, and meat/protein for the main course that will be cooked in front of you. Love to go here with family and friends - great experience for large groups. Keep in mind that it is difficult to have a group conversation, since you sit in a u-shaped table around the hibachi - I can usually only hear the people next to me. The chefs and servers are friendly and not pushy (ie. they won't make you catch shrimp in your mouth if you say/gesture "no").
Best Hibachi around. yum yum sauce is always on point. Never have a bad meal and I've gone there for the last 12 years for birthdays. You can always expect some cool tricks and some fire. They also have very good sushi and lunch/dinner menu if you're not in the mood to sit with other people. But definitely great restaurant that have the local area.
It is always a great dinner when we go to Sakura. The food is excellent. The show that they put on is always entertaining. It is my kids favorite place to eat. The owner always makes sure that my family and I are totally satisfied when we leave
Staff is good. Chefs are fun but food is greasy. Tastes good but sometimes I get an upset stomach later. Typical steakhouse but nothing out of the ordinary
Always a fun time here with friends and family ! Great fresh food in a group setting. The food is prepared at the table in a highly entertaining manner.
